Modeling content in Payload

Payload CMS owns the cms Postgres schema and powers every editorial collection in this kit: posts, events, videos, photos, audio and locations.

Each collection is a thin config file under src/payload/collections. Add a field, run pnpm cms:gen-types, and it flows straight through to the typed web and mobile screens.
